Shipping & Returns
Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry offers a fully insured shipping service whether you are buying or selling diamonds, gemstones and fine jewelry. We have selected G4S International Logistics and FedEx as our shipping insurance providers of choice. G4S provides services to mines, diamond cutters, jewelry manufacturers and retailers worldwide. Whether buying or selling every package is insured up to it's wholesale replacement value for your protection.
For most orders please allow 1-2 days for delivery. We usually send packages Priority Overnight which guarantees it will arrive the next day before 10:30am. Most items are in stock, however some may take longer to ship and include items that are custom ordered, need to be re-sized or adjusted and of course any items that is currently not in stock. We will alert you if any items you ordered are not in stock or are expected to take longer than two business weeks to produce. If you have a specific time frame or need a piece by a certain date, please email us. We are able to accommodate most rush orders. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please email us. If you would like to ship an order Internationally, please contact us, as special rates apply. If you would like to order an item and ship it as a gift with the sales invoice removed please contact us before you place your order.
Orders are returnable within 14 days of the arrival of your merchandise only with a return authorization. Regardless of the value you must call us to receive a return authorization otherwise we will not except the return. All jewelry must be returned in brand new, unworn condition, with original packaging or otherwise agreed by us. Please email us before you ship a return. Returns must include a copy of the original sales invoice and a return address. Vivid Diamonds & Jewelry is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail. For this reason, we suggest you use a carrier with a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx, or USPS with delivery or signature confirmation. Do not mention on the box or label any words with value, i.e. Diamonds, Jewelry, etc. including the name of our company. Using the company Vivid Inc. is fine for the return package to us.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT return product(s) without receiving a detailed email with shipping instructions from us.
